The Model 42D Compu-Cut© is a powerful, high-performance Measure & Cut Machine designed to cut a broad range of material, from heat shrink tubing to large, multi-conductor cables. This unit utilizes a pneumatic blade mechanism, easily slicing through the toughest material at a high production rate of 8,000 pieces per hour (per 4" piece). The Model 42D features (2) 1" diameter feed rollers, controlled by a high-torque stepper motor, ensuring excellent power and accuracy. Preventative maintenance for this unit is incredibly minimal. Additionally, the feed rollers and blades may be changed in a matter of minutes.

Ease of operation is further enhanced with Carpenter's user-friendly, menu-driven software. Our exclusive Compu-Cut© software is simple to program and offers a host of flexible processing features, making setup quick and easy.
